Patented table for boning hams, practical and functional.
It works by means of a stainless steel spring system activated by a pedal that exerts enormous pressure when inserting the leg into the pentagonal plate, which also has spikes on the upper internal part to ensure even more fixation of the ham when it is handled.
The polyethylene is 50 mm thick with a density of 500 and the entire structure is made of aisi 304 stainless steel tube and plates.
